We recommend you incorporate a variety of classes into your schedule as each class has a varying focus. We understand everyone has a different schedule, but we do suggest you aim to come at least three times a week to achieve optimum results.
-
Please bring a towel (or Reformer Hygiene Mat for Reformer Classes), grip socks and drink bottle to every class. You are also encouraged to bring your own mat for Matwork Pilates, Yoga and Barre. We sell these items in the studio - ask a friendly team member to purchase.
-
Absolutely! Our general classes are suitable for pregnant women only during their first trimester. As pregnancy progresses into the second and third trimesters, a more tailored approach is required, which we are unable to provide in a general group setting.
To support you during this time, we offer a Pregnancy Reformer class, specifically designed for women in their second and third trimesters. We also offer a Pregnancy Pack, which includes 5 classes and 5 private sessions at a reduced rate. Private sessions are an excellent option during pregnancy, as they allow us to customise each workout to suit both you and your baby!
After giving birth, medical clearance is required before returning to exercise. We recommend starting with Matwork Pilates, Yoga or Barre until you feel strong enough to transition back to Reformer Pilates. Additionally, we offer Mums & Bubs Programs throughout the year, providing a supportive way to ease back into movement!
-
This will depend on each individual as we do require you to have clearance from your medical professional to be able to participate. Please note that our sessions are not rehab based. We do not recommend our Intermediate classes for those with injuries.
-
Your experience is our priority! That’s why we keep our class sizes under 12 for Studio Classes and under 10 for Reformer Classes, ensuring a more personalised and supportive environment.
