We are so glad you're here. Our Pilates and Yoga studio was born from a shared passion for movement, wellness and creating a welcoming space for our community to thrive.
With her background in health and communications, Madeleine has fostered an environment that ensures Contro is not just a place to exercise, but a place to feel inspired, supported and empowered. Jake, with his background in construction, quite literally built our studios from the ground up—ensuring that every detail was designed with care, functionality and a peaceful atmosphere in mind.
