From what date do you wish to change, suspend or terminate your membership?

As per your contract, we require 2 (two) weeks notice - ensure you select a date that is minimum 2 (two) weeks from today.

If suspending, how long do you wish for it to be suspended?

Must be made in 7 day increments for weekly memberships and 14 day increments for fortnightly memberships. Your membership will be suspended on your payment day closest to the suspension start date, even if this doesn't align with your suspension dates - suspending won't change your regular payment day.

If suspending, I understand I will be unable to book classes whilst my account is on hold and Contro will not book for me.
